Nancy Denison

Nancy Denison has been an Associate Broker with K L Realty since 1998. Living in Eldorado Springs and having horses has given her a keen appreciation for the pleasures and complexities of rural living. Her specialty has been rural and horse properties, but she also works with clients in the City of Boulder and central Denver neighborhoods. Nancy takes great care in making her client as comfortable as possible during the process of buying or selling with good communication, organizational and creative problem solving skills. Rob Lewis

Rob holds an Associate Broker’s License and an M.A. in Geography from the University of Oregon. During his forty years as a resident of Boulder County, Rob has owned and operated a successful outdoor-equipment manufacturing company, a construction company, and has managed his family’s registered cattle ranch. As a longtime resident of the small mountain community of Allenspark, Rob’s specialty is mountain and foothill properties, and his unique background enables him to assist clients buying or selling properties ranging from a one room cabin to a full section ranch.
