OWNER/BROKER
Karen Libin is the owner and managing broker of KL Realty and has over 21 years of experience in Boulder County. After completing an MBA in Finance, Karen used her education and entrepreneurial spirit to open High Country Travel in 1981. High Country Travel, which she owned and managed until 1987, was a successful group ski and convention business that operated in both the U.S. and Canada. Eight years later she founded KL Realty. With her business background and appreciation of rural properties, Karen has since carved out a niche in the local market. This niche is centered around Boulder County and while doing regular business in the city, commercial and residential market, her specialty is rural real estate with an emphasis on horse properties, being a horse enthusiast herself. As her business has expanded, Karen has developed a comprehensive team and using the strengths of each team member, is able to offer a thorough and creative service through any and all real estate transactions.

Janice Sherman |
BROKER ASSOCIATE - REG APPRAISER
With Registered Appraiser and Associate Broker licenses as well as an M.B.A. in Finance, Janice specializes in assisting Karen with market analyses for Sellers and Buyers. Her background includes 20 years of investment management experience, where superior client service, accountability, and accuracy were essential. Having lived in the country in Virginia and in Los Angeles, Janice enjoys helping clients with rural or city property transactions. |

Having grown up on horseback on a cattle ranch, John has returned to his roots with his interest in Farm and Ranch real estate. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering and ran his own construction company for fifteen years, before securing an interest in a safari operation in Africa where he operated as a professional guide. He loves working with people and his engineering and construction background complements the diverse capabilities of the KL Team. John is married to Karen Libin.

Sally is a longtime Colorado resident and has lived and worked in Boulder
County since 1988. In addition to her associate broker's license, she also
holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from CU. Her extensive marketing
background helps ensure our clients' properties get the visibility they
deserve. Whether you're on the buy side, or the sell side -- she has been in
your shoes. She knows what's important to our clients, and will do what it
takes to make sure we get the right fit.

Bringing a strong visual background from Film production, graphic design, digital imaging and web design, Oliver coordinates the KL Realty advertising and marketing program. With a BA in Film Studies from the University of Colorado, Boulder and a Certificate from the ATLAS Institute of Technology, Arts and Media, Oliver brings his expertise to marketing and advertising your property. Using the latest techniques in digital photography, film, web, search engine optimization, and page layout, Oliver works to make your property stand out from the competition.

Jane contributes to KL Realty with her extensive background in raising, training, and showing horses. Being a business owner in the Boulder area for over 30 years has sharpened her skills in client relations, creative/artistic promotion and marketing.
