Karen,
I wanted to thank you and your team for making such a gallant effort to sell our property at 63rd and Oxford. It has been a tough situation, with the economy such as it is and Haystack being pretty disparate. I wish it all would have worked out better for all of us but we did the best we could. You, John, and the rest of the team were great to work with and I would not hesitate to recommend your services to others. Thank you again!
Best,
Tim

Team KL
As I mentioned to you when we walked the property, I've done private equity for years. One thing it has given me is exposure to a bunch of companies and how they are managed. Kudos to you for the organization you have put together at KL. When you mentioned that your group works as a team to assist the client, I wasn't sure what that would look like. The work product KL provided in this formula was truly impressive. I was amazed at how much efficiency your group brought to the process, especially given the extremely short closing schedule, the complexity of the property, and the level of due diligence I committed to. Without exception, the referrals you provided me for the real estate attorney, appraisal, water attorney, water engineers, traditional inspectors, as well as other folks to gather local information were top notch. If you ever wanted to stop selling properties, you could make a fortune teaching other real estate companies how to run their business. Feel free to add this to your testimonials if you like.....
Also, I have some good due diligence items on 65th, survey certificate, water engineer report, details on the water rights from the water attorneys, notes of memorandum on what the conservation easement office has to say, the land use department, the inspections, a favorable appraisal , I would be happy to provide that to the Rooneys or you if that would help get the property sold.
Lastly, I would like KL to represent me to find the right property.
Best Regards,
Steven

John, Kathy, and the rest of the KL Realty team…
Thank you for all of the hard work and putting up with the difficulties associated with our home purchase, particularly the last-minute fury there at the end. We are very appreciative of everything you guys have done for us.
We waiting until the early evening yesterday (6:00pm) before driving up to our new home. We arrived just in time to meet Michelle and what remained of the cleaning crew. They spent another 10 minutes finishing up waved goodbye, and were on their way. They’re returning this morning to pick up a few more things that they left behind, but otherwise have moved on. We walked around the house and property for a couple of hours before driving back to our apartment in Longmont.
In any event, all of the things that we were concerned about have been addressed, and we are both pleased and excited about finally making the property our home.
Again, thank you to you all,
John, Michelle, and Abigail (Abby), a.k.a., ‘The Cupec’s’ |
